Convenient location with easy access to transportation.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom had a persistent leak, and the ceiling vent looked unkempt. Additionally, the staff's English was limited, making it difficult to communicate my needs effectively.

The hotel is conveniently located near a mall, making it easy for my teenagers to grab snacks and souvenirs. The staff was great at accommodating our needs, and the lobby's free coffee service was a nice touch after long days of exploring.

Solo traveler’s good stay
Location is perfect! Walking distance from the train station and all those convenience stores. I really appreciated the staff's effort! There were moments they went above and beyond, like when they patiently helped me with directions even if the language barrier was tough.
It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what they offered.

The room was decent, equipped with all the essentials and ended up being quite comfortable. The location was a strong point. plenty of convenience stores nearby alongside good local eateries. While some staff struggled with English, they went out of their way to assist. The area also provided easy access to a train station, just a short walk away. Dining options were satisfying, particularly the breakfast offerings. However, the language barrier could present challenges during communication, and the amenities, while nearby, could feel limited if looking for variety.

Comfortable stay with great views
I had a pleasant experience during my stay, especially enjoying the fantastic views of Mt. Fuji from the 13th floor, which were a delightful surprise when the weather cleared up. The room was cozy, with a comfortable double bed that met my needs perfectly. Local restaurants and convenience stores were just around the corner, making it easy to grab a quick bite. While the staff were friendly, I noticed some struggled with English, so having a translation app came in handy. I do wish the coin laundry was closer, but overall, it was a great stay.
